Ubisoft has confirmed another Assassin's Creed title will launch for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this November.
Assassin's Creed Revelations will take lead character Ezio to Constantinople as he follows the footsteps of mentor Altair from the 2007 Assassin's Creed game.
Ubisoft says Revelations will mark the end of Ezio's story, which started in Assassin's Creed II and continued with the 2010 release of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.
"Delivering the final chapter of the Ezio trilogy is an important milestone in the Assassin's Creed franchise for us and for our fans," said Alexandre Amancio, creative director at Ubisoft Montreal, in a statement. "Assassin's Creed Revelationsincludes lots of new features and some significant surprises."
Revelations will feature the multiplayer component fromBrotherhood, but with new game modes, fresh maps and additional characters.
Assassin's Creed has established itself as one of Ubisoft's signature franchises, an impressive feat considering it's only been around for 4 years. The first three titles in the series have sold 28 million copies worldwide, says the publisher.
